Shipping policy

  1. If someone stole the parcels from your mailbox or your front door etc, we are not responsible for it. Please track your orders timely and pick them up once it arrives.
  2. If the tracking shows not arriving at you, we will be in charge of all good value and shipping fee for your lost.
  3.  If the tracking shows already deliveried at your given address but you say not receive, then please contact with your local Express and we won't be guranteed for the refund.  It means we are not in responsible for all parcels which showed already deliveried to you or your front door or mail-box or something else which is shown by your local Express.
  4.  The last but most important is:  do an opening box video to every parcel arrived at you, to prove every items arriving at you perpectly. If any item damaged or gemstone Scratches,or settings loose or broken or item missing etc, Please take a full opening box vedio to record the full package and all items condition, send us the opening box if any aftersale issue since you open the parcel box, we need vedio to do aftersales guarantee service to you. If any issues please take note to contact your local exrpess to ask them to give drop-ship infomation page or for more further settle for your issues, without opening box vedio, we may not allow to give aftersales issues for you, thanks for your kind understand.

Final advice:   Please take a full opening box vedio for your every packge arriving in case of any aftersales. This is very important!
